Terms of sale
The rules for buying the One-Day Shoot Script Kit, and a note on how the app fits in.
Last updated October 16, 2026
Who you're dealing with
These terms cover the sale of the One-Day Shoot Script Kit and how the Supershoot app will work with them. The seller is Cosmic Arc Media LLC of San Angelo, Texas. When you buy the kit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't buy it.
What you're buying
The kit is a digital product. It costs $47 in US dollars, paid once through Stripe. After payment you get an email with download links to:
- a 90-page PDF guide
- a starter vault (a zip of notes files for your AI)
- a One-Day Shoot skill for Claude (a zip)
- a script template in Google Docs and a planning sheet in Google Sheets, which you copy to your own Google account
Nothing ships in the mail. The links go to the email address you gave at checkout.
Your license
You get a single-user license: one person, for your own use, in your own business or on your own channels. Anything you write or make with the kit is yours.
You can keep backup copies for yourself and make your own copies of the Doc and Sheet. You can't resell the kit, give it away, share it with others, post it online or redistribute any of its files, original or edited. That covers the PDF, the vault, the skill, the template and the sheet. I keep the rights to the kit itself. If you want to use it with a team, email me and we'll work something out.
The 7-day refund
7 days, any reason. If the kit isn't worth $47 to you, reply to your download email within 7 days and I'll refund it. No forms, no questions. The refund policy page has the details.
As is, and no promised results
The kit is the method I run for paying clients, written down. It comes as is. I make no promise about views, followers, leads, sales or revenue, and your results will depend on your business, your market, the platforms and the work you put in.
To the extent the law allows, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, on the kit and on anything linked from it.
AI outputs are yours to review
The kit shows you how to use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and others to draft scripts, captions and plans. Those tools can get facts wrong, invent details and miss your voice. You're responsible for reading everything before you film or post it, and for checking it against the facts, the claims rules in your industry (health, legal, financial and real estate work all have them), copyright and each platform's rules.
Those AI tools are separate services with their own terms, plans and prices. I don't run them and I'm not responsible for what they produce or for changes to them.
The free month of Supershoot
Kit buyers get their first month of the Supershoot app free at launch. The conditions:
- One free month for each kit purchase.
- It's delivered when the app launches, as an App Store offer code emailed to the email address you bought with. I haven't set a launch date and I don't promise one.
- You redeem the code in the App Store with an Apple Account, on a device the app supports. Apple's offer code rules apply, including expiry. The email will tell you the date, and eligibility can be limited to people who haven't subscribed before.
- It has no cash value and you can't trade it in for money, a refund or anything else.
- If the app is sold as a subscription, the code starts a subscription that renews at the regular price after the free month unless you cancel in your Apple Account settings first. The price will be announced at launch and shown in the App Store before you subscribe.
- If you take the 7-day refund on the kit, the free month goes with it.
The app
The Supershoot app isn't released yet, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell it. When it launches, your use of it will fall under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Apple EULA) plus these terms. The app's own subscription pricing and terms will show in the App Store before you buy. The privacy policy covers the app too.
Limits on my liability
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, that come from using the kit. My total liability for anything related to the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, and where that's true, the limits apply only as far as the law lets them.
Texas law
Texas law governs these terms and any dispute about the kit, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Texas. If you have a problem, please email me first. Most of them are quick to fix.
Changes
I may update these terms. The terms in effect on the day you buy apply to that purchase. The date at the top shows the latest version.
