Refund policy

7 days, any reason

If the One-Day Shoot Script Kit isn't worth $47 to you, reply to your download email within 7 days and I'll refund it. No forms, no questions.

How to ask

1. Reply to the email that delivered your downloads. It's titled "Your One-Day Shoot Script Kit".
2. Can't find it? Write to [email protected] from the email address you bought with, or tell me which address you used.
3. I'll refund the full $47 to the card or wallet you paid with and confirm by email.

Your bank decides how fast the money shows up, and it can take several business days.

Other things

• A file that won't open or looks broken is a fix, and I'll sort it out quickly. See Help first, then email me.
• Your free month of Supershoot goes with the kit, so a refund ends it.
• App subscriptions, when the app launches, are billed and refunded by Apple through the App Store.
